Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed on NeoVibe are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Eligibility

Free Express Shipping is automatically applied to all orders valued at ₹999 or above across India. Orders under ₹999 incur a flat ₹79 standard shipping charge.

3. 100% Prepaid-Only Orders (Zero COD)

NeoVibe is a 100% prepaid-only direct fulfillment platform. We accept verified, secure prepaid payments via Cashfree Payment Gateway (UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets) and Direct UPI / QR Code. Cash on Delivery (COD) is strictly not accepted.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email containing your courier tracking AWB link. You can also monitor real-time progress on our Track Order page.
